I will not hold Gospel Light Baptist Church or Gospel Light Christian School liable for any accidents or physical injuries incurred by my child during the league’s practice or game sessions
By typing my name below, I agree that in the event that a Gospel Light Spring Basketball League coach, photographer, or videographer takes a picture(s) with my child/children in it, either individually or in a group, I give my permission for my child’s/children’s picture to be used for promotion of the league, in brochures, videotapes, on the website, on social media, or any other league, church, or school-related publication of Gospel Light.
